How to order

You can easily place your order through our e-shop. However, if you have any questions, feel free to order via email: petrasekrytec@email.cz

To start production, we only need a few details: your preferred marking method (hammer or machine) and an image of the hallmark (or simply specify the fineness, e.g., 925, 750, 585, etc.).

Once you provide your delivery address, we will offer at least two shipping options for you to choose from.

After order confirmation, we will prepare a proforma invoice. Production typically takes about one week before shipment, and we will always provide you with an exact time estimate in advance.
